Dear Mr. McGeorge,
I want to sincerely thank you for the excellent service that I recently received from a number of your men in the parts and service departments.

Parts Associate Brian Kelley helped me select a special awning for our RV. Even though he is very knowledge about his products, he called the factory in my presence to verify a specific point. I appreciate his expertise and patience, which enabled me to identify the exact awning that met our needs.

Because this involved an insurance claim, I was referred to Service Advisor Sean Warholic. He and Service Director Glenn Blake explained the process to me and then coordinated all the details with my insurance agent. Glenn handled everything perfectly with the agent without me having to be involved at all.

Unfortunately, when it was time for me to tow the RV to your facility, I had just returned from a short stay in the hospital after being treated for a blood clot in the thigh. This caused my doctor to postpone my surgery for prostate cancer, which was scheduled for November. Consequently, I requested that we wait until spring to install the awning.

I received a prompt response from Sean that he and Glenn had decided to send two of their men to pick up the RV at my home and return it after the work was completed, without a charge for the towing. What a joy it was to receive such a wonderful offer at a time like that.

As coordinated by Sean, Buddy Williams and Derek Taylor picked up and returned the RV as planned. They took plenty of time to back the RV into a difficult spot, line it up exactly as needed for the slides and awning to go out, and pull it up on boards so the tires would be off the ground. Then, they demonstrated in detail for my wife and me how to operate the awning. We both appreciate their time and patience.

Mr.McGeorge, I appreciate your folks going more much than the extra mile to accommodate me. They were all very professional and pleasant to work with. Be assured that we will return to your business when we need service again or are interested in purchasing a new RV.

Here is something for you and your new wife to say 'Congratulations' on your marriage and thanks for helping us find a travel trailer. We had our first camping trip this past weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. Both George and I retire within the next 10 years and when we do, we plan to use 1/2 of George's retirement to buy a motor home and tour the USA. Hello McGeorge RV,
Just wanted to make you aware, although you surely already know, that Brian Kelley in your Parts Department is a terrific employee with a major talent for customer service. We arrived on June 29, 2010 in Ashland (camping at the nearby Americamps/KOA), with our motorhome, towing a car, with a Blue Ox brake controller, still under warranty, that had lost its ability to hold air pressure. Brian called the Blue Ox office for help to get what we needed (without a call-back), looked for a replacement part, or anything that might solve the problem, and finally found a part for another brand to let us try in hopes that it would work with our controller. Sadly, it did not (and we returned the part), but Brian's diligence in trying to find a solution was the kind of customer service that everyone hopes to find when equipment lets us down on the road. We were fortunate that the problem was not disabling, and made it home to Georgia safely, leaving lots of extra stopping distance. We have contacted Blue Ox to arrange a warranty repair/replacement. It is wonderful to find helpful people who will work hard to find a way to help an RVer with a problem on the road.

My wife and I are in the final days of preparing for an RV trip across country and so it was with a great deal of alarm that I discovered a breakdown in our RV's air condition system, specifically with the blower fan. The breakdown is such that not being able to repair it would result in our having to cancel our trip. I made numerous calls to parts and auto repair facilities in our local area only to find out they were not able to help me. On the advice of Winnebago Industries, I drove the 100 miles over to Rolling Hills RV SuperCenter and walked up to your parts associate, Mr. Brian Kelly.

I have lived many years and have been served by countless people in all professions and trades but I cannot recall anyone who has provided service to me with more skill, more friendliness, more pro-activeness, than your parts associate, Brian Kelly. As I was going through the throes of increasing frustration and depression on seeing our long anticipated RV trip going up in smoke, Brian attacked the computer and phones doing all the research to find our very hard to find parts required to get the air conditioning system back in working order. All the while Brian was multi-multi tasking with other customers calling in or presenting merchandise for him to check out.

After all the research Brian found the necessary parts and with my authorization arranged to have those parts shipped to your dealership on an overnight basis for my pickup today. In fact, I'm leaving in a few minutes to drive over to your dealership to pick them up.

Last night I reported to my wife that our trip was still on and it was only because of the efforts of Brian and his tireless efforts. I know if I started an RV super center like yours, Brian would be the first guy I would hire.

So, I congratulate you on having such a super associate as you have in Brian. And through you I want to extend my most appreciative thanks to him for his hard work and in making what i thought was going to be a bridge jumping situation into a very happy day. My wife and I had a nice glass of wine last night and celebrated our being able to continue the planning for our trip. You see, we're going to meet up with our daughter and her family which includes our three little grandsons. Not going on the trip would have been greatly disappointing.

Dear Mr. Ed McGeorge:

This letter is to recognize one of your employees for going above and beyond his job in helping me to become a happier customer. I first purchased a 2008 Georgetown RV last month from your dealership and became unhappy with it due to some problems. When i arrived with the RV for the scheduled appointment I asked teh service person Mr. Jerrell if he would help me with talking with another salesman. I was directed to Mr. Banks, he listed, took his time and road me out to see some other RV's on the lot. I picked out the one for me, he pulled it to the front, took me out to ride, and I was given the opportunity to drive it.

His service didn't stop at your dealership, while we were traveling home Mr. Banks call to check on us. We encounter some car trouble and needed help. Mr. Banks came out to help u, talked with my husband and saw to it that we were safely on our way. He asked that once we arrived home to give him a call and we did.

Mr. Alvin Banks has proven that he doesn't just sell RV's for the money but he put his heart into his job and care's for his customers.

I have never encounter such heart-warming care from a salesperson and will recommend him and your dealership to all of my friends and family to purchase a RV. He is the best salesman I have ever encounter during my time of purchasing any vehicle.

I'm a 1st time rv owner and I purchased my used Winnebago from mcgeorges rv in Ashland, V. From the moment I walked in the door i was treated very courteously, no only by my 2 salespeople Gene and Alvin, but by the entire staff. all the way through the paper signing. The sales staff spent all the time i needed to orient me with rving and didn't seem to mind how may times they needed to explain something. I certainly recommend visiting mcgeorges if anyone is shopping for an rv. Two months after buying my rv while preparing for my second trip i experienced a major electrical problem (the converter had gone bad). I stopped by the very professional service department on Saturday, Dec. 16th and explained my situation and the importance of being back on the road in about a week or so for a Christmas to New Years trip. The service writer, was polite and most understanding. The problem was diagnosed immediately and the parts were to be ordered and overnited on Monday. The appointment was set for Wednesday morning bright and early. I was told I could wait on the repairs to be completed. As I waiting every employee that encountered from sales staff to clerical to parts staff to technicians greeted me and made me feel very welcome and comfortable! I could never have had asked for a better experience from a dealer! i proudly take my hat off to the entire staff! These are the same reason my parents have dealt with McGeorges in the past.
